Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

eatlistendr.ink (“the Site”) is operated by Parallel Works LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What This Site Is

The Site is an information aggregator that displays publicly available event data from wineries, breweries, and related venues in the Frederick, MD and Loudoun County, VA area. We are not an event organizer, venue operator, ticket seller, or booking platform. We do not organize, host, sponsor, or endorse any events listed on the Site.

2. No Guarantees of Accuracy

Event information displayed on the Site is collected from venue websites, public APIs, and manual research. Some data is gathered and processed with the assistance of automated tools, including artificial intelligence. Event details — including dates, times, performers, food vendors, and cover charges — may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Events may be cancelled or changed without notice. Always verify details directly with the venue before attending.

3. AI-Assisted Content

Portions of this Site, including event data collection, venue descriptions, and content organization, are assisted by artificial intelligence and automated tools. AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors. We make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy but cannot guarantee it. You use all information at your own discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARALLEL WORKS LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) RELIANCE ON EVENT INFORMATION THAT PROVES INACCURATE; (B) EXPERIENCES AT ANY LISTED VENUE; (C) INTERACTIONS WITH VENUE STAFF, PERFORMERS, OR OTHER ATTENDEES; (D) FOOD SAFETY, ALCOHOL SERVICE, OR VENUE CONDITIONS; (E) LOSS OF DATA OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that attending events at wineries, breweries, and similar venues involves inherent risks, including but not limited to alcohol consumption, outdoor conditions, food allergies, and travel. You assume all risks associated with your decision to attend any event found through the Site.

7. Third-Party Links and Venues

The Site contains links to third-party websites (venue websites, ticket platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these sites. Inclusion of a venue on the Site does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.

8. Venue Claims

Venue owners may claim their listing through the Site. A “Verified” badge indicates only that the claimant’s email domain matched the venue’s website domain or was manually reviewed. It does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any kind.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to: scrape or systematically download content from the Site; submit false venue claims; submit false or misleading information; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parallel Works LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
