eatlistendr.ink (“the Site”) is operated by Parallel Works LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter or submit a venue claim. We do not collect email addresses passively.
Venue claim information — name, role, email, and optionally Instagram handle, submitted voluntarily through the claim form.
Local storage data — we store your calendar-add preferences in your browser’s localStorage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Analytics data — if you consent via our cookie banner, we may use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, device type, referrer). This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
We do not collect: passwords, payment information, precise location data, or any data from minors under 13.
Email addresses are used solely to: send our weekly newsletter (“Thursday Inbox Drop”), send event reminders you requested, and process venue claims.
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your email address or personal information with any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
The Site uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember which events you’ve added to your calendar. This data is stored entirely on your device. If you consent to analytics via our cookie banner, Vercel Analytics may set cookies for anonymous usage tracking. No analytics cookies are set without your explicit consent.
Vercel — hosts the Site and may process server logs containing IP addresses and request metadata. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Buttondown (future) — may be used to send newsletters. Your email would be shared with Buttondown solely for email delivery.
Google Fonts — the Site loads fonts from Google’s CDN. Google may collect anonymous usage data per their privacy policy.
All marketing emails identify Parallel Works LLC as the sender, include our physical mailing address, and contain an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
You may: unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email; request deletion of your email and any associated data by emailing hello@eatlistendr.ink; clear your localStorage data by clearing your browser data. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Venue claim data is retained for the duration of the claimed profile. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
